I have more than 25 years of experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, and general litigation. With this experience, my dedicated staff and I have the experience needed to provide quality legal services to you and your family.

I have recovered millions of dollars for thousands of injured people in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. In addition, I have helped hundreds of clients with their traffic and/or criminal matters.

I have personally handled cases in the trial courts of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. I have opinions that have been published in the appellate courts of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

I have personally lectured on workers' compensation issues for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Business Institute, and local chiropractic associations. I have spoken at events and seminars on behalf of local medical care providers and medical related service industries. I have served as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry with regard to workers’ compensation practices and procedures.

I am a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; Maryland Workers' Compensation Bar, Fairfax County Bar Association, Virginia State Bar Association; Maryland State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. I have provided expert legal advice at the request of the National Football League Players Association and Professional Hockey Players Association.

I have provided valuable legal research and participated in the production of manuals and articles for professional groups such as the National Business Institute; National Football League Players Association and Professional Hockey Players Association.
