Brendan J. Mullarkey

Mr. Mullarkey joined the Law Offices of Andrew S. Kasmer, P.C., in August of 2023. Previously, he worked as a judicial clerk for a Circuit Court judge in Virginia, and then -- for close to nine years – he worked for a large insurance company. Throughout his career, he has tried more than twenty-five jury trials to verdict and numerous bench trials.

In 2023, Mr. Mullarkey decided to use his trial skills and knowledge of insurance companies to represent people injured by the fault of others. He works extremely hard for his clients, so the insurance companies will fully compensate them for the injuries they have experienced. He also zealously represents his clients in court, when settlement negotiations fail or negotiations are proceeding too slowly. He solely focuses on personal injury matters.

Mr. Mullarkey was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2012.
